- A Sales or Use Tax Credit for sales and use taxes paid: up to $20 million a year on qualified machinery and machinery parts purchases

- Net Operating Cost Carryforward – a net operating loss deduction of up to 100% and a 15-year carryforward
- A Net Interest Deduction for Lenders on loans made to firms within an Enterprise Zone
